Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.send a file as attachment 2 [review].edit that file 3.then send the file again 4.sometimes it sends the first file insteed of the edited one.

I've seen this bug but can't find the duplicate at the moment.

If yes, that's probably bug 356808, though a similar bug 504878 was duped against bug 378046 (I'd think the former is a better match specific to MAPI).
