Unlike bug 507550 or bug 508353 I don't need to resize the window to see this. It only happens with these two examples on http://whereswalden.com/files/mozilla/background-size/more-examples.html, others are displaying fine.
This is on Win7 RC 64.

Are you sure this isn't merely bug 379303? There is of course supposed to be a pink, dashed border there; its looking a little ugly doesn't have anything to do with background-size.

oh I'm blind! Sorry I didn't see there was a border there (because of the little ugliness I didn't think this could be a border and didn't look further, my bad).
No longer blocks: background-size
