One account works fine. 2nd with same settings created an archive folder alongside the all mail folder and archives to it. If I delete the folder, it recreates it next time I hit the archive button. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. set archive folder to gmail all mail 2. hit archive button 3. Actual Results: creates archive folder alongside all mail folder and uses it instead Expected Results: put the mail in all mail folder. new profile as of 3.0 b2. Can't find the difference between the two accounts that are acting differently.

I'm confused - are you sharing an archives folder between gmail accounts? Or do you have two different gmail accounts, both set to use their own All Mail folders as the archive folder, and only one is working? TB b3 should automatically more or less force you to use All Mail as the archives folder, iirc...
Before explaining I just now reset where archives go to and now it is working. I tried changing and resetting numerous times before and never worked. I see no logic to explain it, and am quite sure I had it the same before. Please clarify: should we set the archives folder to "Archives on [account name]" or Other/gmail account - all mail. I have been using the latter. Are they both the same? -------- No, I'm not sharing anything. 2 separate accounts. The 2nd is a google apps domain, if that makes a difference. The weird thing is, I swear it was working fine for a day after I first upgraded and deleted the old archives folders. Then not for many days. Btw, I tried setting the archives folder to "Archives on [account name]" and also Other/gmail account - all mail. Same result. Confusing. Are they both the same? Error console has: Warning: Timed textboxes are deprecated. Consider using type="search" instead. Maybe I can add to this, that for me the archive settings are also ignored for one account and only in one tb instance. On other computers it works perfectly. I've changed the setting to use a single flat folder, but TB always creates a year folder when archiving. I have tried to reset this several times but with no luck. It's a usual IMAP account and TB 7.0.1, 64 bit on Linux.
