When in the options, "Save files to <location>" is selected, and that location does not exist, and you attempt to download a file, no error messages come up to tell you of the error. The file is simply not saved to the location without feedback to the user.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set "Save files to <location>" in Tools - Options
2. Make that location invalid (Change drive letter, turn off hard drive, etc)
3. Attempt to download a file.
Actual Results:
The file is not downloaded and no error message appears.
Expected Results:
An error message should pop-up asking the user what to do
