The file is simply not saved to the location without feedback to the user. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set "Save files to <location>" in Tools - Options 2. Make that location invalid (Change drive letter, turn off hard drive, etc) 3. Attempt to download a file. Actual Results: The file is not downloaded and no error message appears. Expected Results: An error message should pop-up asking the user what to do
