cannot add a ipv6 address literal as outgoing mail server
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open up "Tools/Account Settings"
2.Select "Outgoing Server"
3.Click "Add"
4.Enter Description
5.Enter ABCD::0, [ABCD::0] or any other IPv6 address literal
Actual Results:
The error that pops up is "Please enter a valid hostname."
Expected Results:
Should accept a valid IPv6 address literal.
