This bug seems still valid to me, addons.mozilla.org only shows as secure after I refreshed it.

Click Reload > support.microsoft.com is now an HTTPS site, so I can't try and reproduce this. But it is probably a duplicate of bug 947079 which was just fixed in nightly. Please reopen if a problem persists.
