In the dialog box for Accounts Settings -> Composition & Addressing, the drop-down box for "and place my signature 'below the quote (recommended)'/'below my reply (above the quote)'" extends beyond the right border of the dialog box.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird.
2. Click Tools > Accounts Settings > Composition & Addressing
Actual Results:
A drop-down box extends beyond right border of dialog box.
Expected Results:
All components should be contained within the dialog box.
