See the URL. Since bug 450340 landed, feComposite has been broken.
Hmm ... we have reftests for the various operators ... but clearly something is broken. Jonathan, can you work on this?

This uses BackgroundImage so it has never worked properly.
Oops, yeah. And the spec for BackgroundImage is all messed up. Do we have a bug on implementing BackgroundImage already? If not, we could morph this bug into that, otherwise we should dup this to the BackgroundImage bug.
