When changing zoom levels (use Ctrl++ and Ctrl+-) some horizontal and vertical lines disappear at different zoom levels. I have seen this on multiple websites, most frequently Wikipedia.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.w3schools.com/tags/default.asp
2. Look at the table lines
3. Hit Ctrl+- or Ctrl++
4. GOTO 2
Actual Results:
Some horizontal and vertical lines disappear
Expected Results:
All lines should stay

I can confirm this: What I can see is that some lines appear to be thinner than others when zooming in or out. At some zoom levels, some lines disappear completely.
Tested with latest trunk build:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20090906 Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
