Restarting the program did not help. Other pages such as http://www.cnn.com/ work fine and have a scrollbar. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to http://www.deviantart.com/ 2. resize browser to see that there is no scrollbar Actual Results: There is no scrollbar. Expected Results: The page should have a scrollbar.

A screenshot would be helpful; I can't get it to happen for me.

(In reply to comment #1) Ok, I used the Mac OSX Grab program to grab the whole window. The resulting file is a tiff. Is that ok or would you prefer I convert to a jpg? (I have the converted file, it's 3x smaller...) Strange it only happens on this page and not for you!

It works now. There is a scroll bar and I can see the bottom of the page which includes 'About Us' and other items to Copyright Policy.
