SQLite or storage is misbehaving.

Core::SQL is the dead extensions/sql ODBC-like thing.  Take a shot.

This is trunk right?  If so, this is SQLite 3.6.16.  We should probably upgrade (we are two releases behind) and see if this still exists too.
I believe this "problem" is benign in the sense that it cannot
result in an incorrect answer.  Nevertheless, we added a patch
to SQLite (http://www.sqlite.org/src/vinfo/5e2f5496) to make the
valgrind warnings go away.  This patch first appeared in SQLite
version 3.6.18.

But we did update to subsequent versions of sqlite on trunk (3.6.20, 3.6.22).  This should be fixed now.
