Here is a screencast: http://www.screencast.com/users/tmyoung/folders/Jing/media/588766b9-f71c-427d-a612-947bea9823b7 I don't know if this is fixable, but when a tab is pulled onto another monitor, it doesn't realize that it has been pulled into a different space and just opens where the other window is, instead of the monitor where it was pulled to. I have seen this both on Windows XP and Windows Vista.
