Thunderbird fixed a part of it in bug 514665. (I didn't investigate further...)
SeaMonkey needs it.
(Fwiw, I'm not sure if calendar should be updated too or not...)

Wait a minute, does this mean that trunk doesn't support the .enable pref any more? IIRC we have a UI pref for it, we need to deal with this in that case...

No but the pref moved to all.js from firefox.js.

Let me check:
*SB is "unsupported" on m-1.9.2+: I don't care anymore.
*SM is fixed.
*TB is partially fixed only, but they don't care, so why should I any longer?
