Spin off from bug 520837 - "Investigate Ts regression from Aero Peek landing". A call to CoCreateInstance on an interface that was not registered caused a Ts regression on Talos runs. Questions - - is this unique to Talos cold starts? - does this effect other os? - are there other perf gains to be had using similar get version traps?
