bug 473045 caused xulrunner apps that bootstrap off firefox to be grouped under the firefox icon on the taskbar on windows 7. we should support allowing xulrunner apps to be unique on the taskbar.
Dietrich suggested an app id specified in the ini file. Rob Arnold also recently requested that the id be set by a pref (for debugging purposes) so that it can be tied to a profile.
