The user should be notified of a corrupt prefs.js file (some prefs were lost)

When prefs.js is corrupt we copy it to Invalidprefs.js to give the user a chance to rescue the lost settings manually. We need to notify the user that there was a problem, something like: "Some of your preferences has been lost due to a corrupt file. See <URL> for further instructions."

"May have been lost" And there should be an option for disabling this notification (I suspect with some security software, they'd get this a lot).
