Details
(Whiteboard: (py8ieh: ho hum))
At the moment the XML parser outputs two elements, 'parsererror' and
'sourcetext', when it hits an error.
These, and any others added due to bug 52422, should be in their own namespace.

Error output is, verified in DOM inspector, output in its own namespace;
"http://www.mozilla.org/newlayout/xml/parsererror.xml".
