Selecting "View Image Info" on the second instance of an image on a page will result in the first item in the Media tab being selected, but not focused.

The link provided demonstrates the issue; scroll down to the second half of the page which is the Japanese version of the top half with the same images. The same can be seen on forum threads where a single user has posted multiple times and has an avatar.
