This works in all other browsers, including FireFox 3.5. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to http://skydrive.live.com. Log in with your credentials. 2. Upload an Excel workbook (xlsx or xlsb format) if you don’t have one already up there. 2a. If this is your first time, you will see a "Join our preview program" bar appear. Click that link. 2b. Click Accept 3. Click on the workbook 4. Click View 5. After your workbook loads, click in the blank portion of the scrollbar or on the actual scrollbar arrows Actual Results: The workbook does not scroll. Note that it does work if you click and drag the scrollbar thumb. Expected Results: For the workbook to scroll like it does in all other browsers, including FF3.5.
