User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091017 SeaMonkey/2.0 Build Identifier: Using SeaMonkey 2.0, I went to <http://www.mapsonus.com/>. The result was a Web page that says you need IE 7, Firefox 2+, or IE 6 under PC Windows XP and Vista, or you need Firefox 2+ under Mac OS X. I then returned to my home page, deleted www.mapsonus.com cookies, and setup to spoof Firefox 3.5.3. When I again tried <http://www.mapsonus.com/>, I had no problem entering the start and end of a trip and getting the route and distance. Reproducible: Always In the first, unsuccessful attempt, my UA string was: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091017 SeaMonkey/2.0 In the second, successful attempt, my spoofing UA string was: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4) Gecko/20091017 SeaMonkey/2.0, NOT Firefox/3.5.3
I sent a message to Maps On Us regarding this problem.
Blocks: geckoisgecko
Same deal with Camino with the "like Firefox" portion of the UA removed.
