User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) I've found that occasionally I lose the open tabs having closed the main window and I've just discovered how. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open several browser tabs 2. Open the Download window (Ctrl-J or Tools -> Downloads) 3. Close the main window, but leaving the Download window open 4. Open Firefox (i.e. launch it from start menu, desktop shortcut, whatever) Actual Results: The re-opened main frame contains only my home page Expected Results: I should get the tabs I had open, as that's what happens when I close the browser and re-launch without the Downloads window around to confuse things. Either: - When re-opening Firefox, detect that it does not already have the first window open, and therefore load my session from the store containing the tab information. Or (perhaps, but not a good solution): - When closing the last window, also close the download window
