History does not work with the frames at www.ogr.com

Details
Go to www.ogr.com. Select one of the stories in the frame on the left side of
the window. Select another one. Try to go back using either the Back button or
Back from the right-click menu. It does nothing.

Doesn't look or sound like anything related to bug 46828. That seems to have something to do with the "back" button and frames.
