Currently, the HTML parser adds attributes to elements backwards: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/content/html/document/src/nsHTMLContentSink.cpp#431 http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/content/base/src/nsHTMLContentSerializer.cpp#106 and the XML parser adds them forwards: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/content/xml/document/src/nsXMLContentSink.cpp#1534 http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/content/base/src/nsXMLContentSerializer.cpp#812 In order to be better mismatch serializers deliberately, it would be nice if both stored them backwards or both stored them forwards.
