alimi asked me to file this: Being able to set on/off/"activate on click" preference for any plugin: Eliminates the need for e.g. Flashblock add-on for those who just want to not run Flash by default. The per-plugin user controls should probably be hooked up to the extension manager.
Also related, bug 537988 for Fennec.
