User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7
When printing (command P) a page, the Print dialog box comes up. If the Print dialog box is not moved, everything works fine. However, if the Print dialog box is moved (grab-move the top of the dialog box with mouse), the PDF button and the Pages radio buttons (All or From ... to ...) become inoperable (clicking has no effect). Cancel, Print, and Preview buttons remain operable.
Type of printer (LW 16/600 or HP 7210) does not matter.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Command P while viewing any web page (including this one)
2. wait for print dialog box, click on top of dialog box, move box
3. Observe that PDF button and Pages radio buttons don't work.
Type of printer (LW 16/600 or HP 7210) selected does not matter.
Actual Results:
PDF button and Pages radio buttons become non-functional. Cancel, Print, and Preview buttons still work.
Expected Results:
PDF button should reveal a drop-down menu (Save as PDF..., etc.).
Type of printer (LW 16/600 or HP 7210) does not matter.
Tested on G3 and G4 PPC only, both Mac OS 10.4.11.
No crashes, everything keeps working otherwise.
Workaround: Don't move the print dialog box. Or, if you accidentally move it, click the Cancel button, then Command P to print again.
