Bug ID fields can be used to describe many-to-one relationship trees, so we should be able to display them like normal dependency trees.

This is Elliotte Martin's dependency tree code from bug 251556. It depends on features provided by that bug.

I imagine that with the version of the blocker that's actually getting checked in, this will require some significant revision.
