When another application pops to top taking focus away from Mozilla, Mozilla Menus's which you may have been actively in stay on top and are still navigateable. I first noticed this when preparing some JPG's for another bug using LViewPro to take window snapshots. Steps to reproduce, use a tool that takes an image snapshot of your desktop. Open the imaging tool, set it to capture a snapshot and quickly go to Mozilla and begin to navigate a drop down menu. In a second the snapshot will be taken and the imaging tool will pop back up with the image, but Mozilla's still active menus will also remain on top of that image and not fade into the background behind the image until you actively click off the drop down menu. Expected Result, Mozilla should lose its focus on drop down menu's and menu's should not only fade into background, but roll up completely. I'll add an image so you get an idea of what I mean. This is happening in 2000092220 (9/22, 8pm) Win32 builds.
Slightly different steps to reproduce, but same fundamental issue as bug 45108. Thanks. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 45108 ***
