Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091204 Thunderbird/3.0
The old one line view of the email header available in Thunderbird 2 is missing from TB3. This is a real PITA even on large monitors. God help anyone on a small laptop.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an email
2. See *HUGE* header
3. Switch to another email client
Actual Results:
I cannot switch to a one line header view.
Expected Results:
You should be able to switch to a one line view as with previous client, this is a massive downgrade of the features of the software.
This is being complained about very loudly by every member of staff that has used this version. 100+ people moaning about how bad this feature is is no fun at all. Our head of department is now pushing me to either move back to the old client or to switch to different software.
