Here's a mostly minimized test case

See the google document in the URL field for a sample.  Shark says that we're spending ~30% of the time in nsThebesRenderingContext::FillRect, and ~24% of the time in a _cairo_quartz_surface_fill call under that.

The same problem exists in 1.9.1 as well.
