Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100111 Thunderbird/3.0.1
Copy To & Move To commands are not showing any folders to choose from, but are showing a small rectangle instead. This is happening whether you choose from the main menu or from the context menu
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on a single message or selected messages and mouse over the 'Copy To' or 'Move To' options from the context menu.
2. From the Message menu, mouse over the 'Copy To' or 'Move To' options from the context menu.
Actual Results:
1. Instead of listing the available folders all you see is a small empty square.
Expected Results:
1. Should see a list of folders that can be 'copied to' or 'moved to'

Does this show up also in Safe Mode (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode)? Do you know of anything that triggered this, or has it never worked for you at all in your current configuration? (It works for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100111 Lightning/1.0b2pre Thunderbird/3.0.1 ID:20100111101938.) Also, please check to see if there are any error messages in the Error Console (Tools -> Error Console).
Version: unspecified → 3.0

Yes also existed in Safe Mode

Upgrading from 2.xx to 3.0.1

Thanks for pointing me in this direction. Got the following error ...
Error: acct.incomingServer is null
Source File: chrome://messenger/content/folderWidgets.xml
Line: 603
Google search lead to my solution in this thread ...

Edited the prefs.js file and problem solved
