Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set browser.backspace_action to 1
2. Do view page source on a nice long web page.
3. Press space
4. Press backspace
Actual Results:
Nothing happens when backspace is pressed.

The view source window scrolls back 1 page when backspace is pressed.
