New bookmarks folder will be named "New Folder" even if it was named differently until next start

Suppose you create a new bookmark folder.
Although one changes the default name "New Folder" to something different,
one will still see in the Bookmarks menu "New Folder".
Only with restarting Firefox you'll finally see the wanted name.
