When I add ::first-letter style to a line, the line will be positioned differently vertically than if I don't.

So I've confirmed that rounding the emAscent fixes these particular bugs. And it seems to be roughly what we do on GDI. Looking at the 53 reftest failures which are left (only 7 on GDI), a lot of them are kerning issues and such, but the metrics still seem to be off occasionally, we should probably have a careful look at ComputeMetrics in DWrite fonts.

I can't reproduce this any more, even when I set the max GDI Classic font size to 0.
