I think we're in a state where we can deploy MozMill on the production boxes, however due to weird random errors on the VMs (which affect not just the MozMill tests but xpcshell and check tests), I don't want it on the VMs. So: 1) Disable Mac VMs (or stop them completely) on *check for all branches. 2) Deploy MozMill on all the minis. 3) Enable MozMill on Mac in the buildbot configs. I'll stick a note on the tinderboxes saying what we're doing and then we can just deploy whilst live and hopefully not get too much bustage.
