Details
1. Read a forwarded message
2. Select the message from the attachment menuicon
Actual result: attachment source opens in the browser
Expected result: attached message opens in a message window
Comparing the behavior with win32 4.74, the clicking on the message attachment
opens in a browser window which I think is expected...
but ...
the message displays in a browser window does not display as a message. I mean,
it displays in the browser window like it does in the message source window. I
think it should behave like 4.7x and render.

Let's focus this bug on the fact that we don't recognize the attachment as
message and display the source instead. You should see the message in the
browser window rendered with pretty-printed headers.
Additional functionality, like Reply, ("open in message window") in the browser
window is covered by bug 34150.
Summary: Message attachment opens in browser, not in message window → Message attachment opens as source, not pretty-printed

the problem is that we open forwarded message in a browser window (view as
source). We should instead open them into a mail display window.
