This is different than every other browser and different than FireFox 3.5.8. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Render a simple page like this: <html> <body> <input style="height: 50px" value="One" /> </body> </html> Actual Results: "One" is not top aligned within the input field.. Expected Results: "One" to be top aligned within the input field.

I have attached a picture demonstrating the issue.
That is intended, as a result of bug 481751 (afaict). WebKit (Safari/Chrome) and Opera 10.0+ display exactly the same.
