We need to at the very least understand what this means before we ship.

This will be fixed as part of mrbkap's inner/outer window splitting work that he's doing for compartmental gc, which won't make it for beta5, moving to beta6.

Can we get a bug reference to the inner/outer window splitting work which will be the fix for this?
I suspect this depends on bug 558861 or something like that?
