Details
Per discussions with hangas and erik, the modern skin should be using the system
default fonts, including size and font family.
This is needed for a nubmer of reasons:
* the fallback system fonts are too small on linux, even when the DPI is set
correctly.
* if the user has customized their system font size - for readability or
accessability, mozilla needs to follow this because there is no other way to
customize mozilla's chrome fonts.
* this helps us look correct on Windows 2000 which uses Tahoma as a default
system font
(feel free to post other reasons here as well)
