Download 4/27/99 build and ini files from: ftp://sweetlou/products/client/cck/new/win/5.0/domestic/release/1999-04-27-13/ Wizardmachine will not run without mfc42.dll. This should be provided with the above builds as we won't be expecting customers to have this file.

We had this problem in the past only when the app is built with DEBUG flag on. If it is a RELEASE build, I thought it should run without having to install mfc42.dlls. Will check on this soon.

Reassigning to brent Brent we need a minimum of version 6.00x for the MFC42.dll for our product to work. Please find out what would be the Service Pack level for this on NT/98/95. I found out that on computers that never had VC++ installed on it - it was usually the following releases. Win 95 4.21.7160 Win 98 4.21.7325 Win NT 4.21.7303 CCing Bijal to this bug. Bijal could you find out the licensing details regarding distributing the dll with our application.

Reassigning to frank - Frank could you bundle the MFC42.dll from the winnt/system32 directory. it has to be version 6.00. or greater.

Included mfc42.dll version 6.00.8168.0 in to the build process. It will be in the same directory as wizardmachine.exe.
