Spawned off from bug 539565 comment 17.
Flash on Windows ignores mouse events [outside the non-transformed bounding box]
when using CSS transform (it works on OSX and Linux).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load attachment 432140 [details] (testcase in bug 539565)
2. enter -500px in the X coordinate textfield
3. click the Zoom+ button
4. click in the plugin area, but outside the original non-transformed box
(green border)
ACTUAL RESULT
Mouse click has no effect
EXPECTED RESULT
Should work normally, as on OSX and Linux

If you use a DEBUG build, you can click "test" in the testcase
to use the x-test plugin instead. "LastMouse" shows the event
coordinate the plugin receives in that case.

I'm closing a lot of bugs which are filed as Adobe Flash bugs which are either irrelevant, not actionable, or not serious enough to track in the Mozilla bug tracker. For the most part, Flash bugs should be filed in Adobe bugbase, and we'll only track a few highly-critical issues in the Mozilla tracker.
