Bug 545110 added a Help menu item for Troubleshooting Information which opens about:support in a new tab/window. We should make use of it in Help where applicable. Things I can think of (not necessarily needed, just brainstorming):
- Help start page (explain that it helps supporters help you)
- Managing Profiles (explain that it can reveal your profile location)
- add entries to the index, e.g. "Troubleshooting Information", "Profile Location", "Changed Preferences"
