I have old version of Lightning installed, but it is disabled because it's incompatible with 3.1 RC version on Thunderbird. Mnenchy is disabled manually. Enigmail 1.1 and Zindus 0.8.13.3 are only enabled addons. And Zindus is not set to synchronize automatically. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Thunderbird Actual Results: Three master password prompts are shown Expected Results: One master password is shown.
Do you have a news Account (bug 560793) ?
I stand corrected. For some reason, I didn't find this bug. (Maybe searched under wrong product). I have one authenticated nntp server set up, and after removing "check new messages on startup" from that account I only get one password prompt instead of three.
