This behavior happens regardless of D2D/DW enabled. See attached files for comparisons Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open website 2. Run one of the tests

Notice that the navigation bar doesn't stretch all the way (compared to IE9)

After playing with the test, some of the books are overlaid over the main one selected - does not happen with IE9
