Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Primary monitor: 1600x1200
secondary monitor: 1440x900
mode: extended
Ordinary Dropdown menu (HTML form <select> </select>) does not "drop down" in extended monitor, it "drops up".
Dragging the firefox windows back to the primary monitor makes the dropdown menu "drop down" again.
Cannot be reproduced in IE or Chrome.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag firefox to secondary monitor
2. Test drop down menu
3. Drag firefox to primary monitor and dropdown drops as intended.
Actual Results:
no special steps, just drag firefox window to secondary monitor
Expected Results:
drop down menu should drop down as expected. works in primary monitor or any monitor if using IE / chrome.

Since the reporter is using Firefox 3.6 I think this is actually the same issue as bug 503791. That bug is fixed in the nightly builds of Firefox, which are testing builds not ready for widespread use of what will become the next version of Firefox. Salvador, if you wanted to confirm that this issue will be fixed in the next version of Firefox you could download a nightly from http://nightly.mozilla.org/ and test.
