Since the Firefox AppButton is drawn into titlebar in Vista/7, it's impossible to resize the window using top-left border corner.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have AppButton enabled and drawn to titlebar on Vista/7
2. Try to resize the window using the top-left corner
Actual Results:
Resizing is not possible. You can only resize the window to the left or to the top, but not top-left.
Expected Results:
Resizing top-left should be possible.
