When building mozilla-central: { updating browser/components/places/public/Makefile can't read ../mozilla/browser/components/places/public/Makefile.in: No such file or directory } This directory was removed in Bug 553467, here: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/935b64ffa355 It just needs to be removed from toolkit-makefiles.sh
