Ctrl+Home and PgUp/Dn do not work correctly in the editor window (PgUp/Dn
does not move the cursor, and Ctrl+Home moves the cursor but does not
scroll the window).

i think we have a bug marked as future on the pg up/dwn issue -- and it is
assigned to mjudge. The ctrl-home is another issue, and I will leave this one
open for that problem.
So, the new Summary will read: Ctrl-Home does not force upward scrolling
the old summary: Cursor is not moved, or window is not scrolled
