While it may not necessarily make sense to show these at the top of the list, it would make sense to show them at least in the first 6 results so the "Switch to Tab" entry is visible. Things get a little more interesting when there are 6 or more matching tabs open (or even 12 - which is the limit of the results shown in the awesome bar scroll area). I don't know what the best approach is in this case, as Firefox still needs to show results that do not match open tabs.
