Actual Results:
Sections of HTML will be treated as comments
Expected Results:
Comments should be comments

Don't use more than 2 hyphens inside a comment - due to the SGML rules, this can
create unexpected results.

It will be fixed in Firefox 4.0, which uses the HTML5 parser, not the HTML4
one.
