Details
in 4.x we had "about:config: which would dump all the current pref values
to the screen.
it's pretty useful.
perhaps in 6.0, we could make it so you could edit your prefs on fly, too.
- What did the colours mean in 4.x's about:config?
- Can I enumerate prefs from JS?
- How about a tree widget?

- the colors referred to whether a pref was locked or not, and I think whether
it was equal to the default pref or not
- there's no clean way to enumerate prefs from JS. talked with shaver about this
briefly over IRC - I favored fixing CreateChildList() to be script-friendly
- I had thought about the tree widget idea as well, and was looking into the FTP
ui.. I subsequently got lost in the maze of necko

Should this be RFE? This is 4xp platform parity issue. See possible duplicate
bug 37592 for an explanation of the colors in 4.x.
